If you truely think so then you should duel me warador. With any type of logic you still will lose. And gear does = success in some aspects. A cleric with 4k mana in a cheal rotation against say emp, will probably go oom. But a cleric with 7k mana will probably see him fall, with smaller numbers that is. Depending on how many people you have, a 4k mana cleric will generally work with say emp.

I know 20 bored bot/twink's did today, but they are also geared ALOT better then the average velious to lucling player. We all know the answer to my question warador. No, 20 level 65 casual velious to luclin players cannot kill emp. Why did we kill emp with 20 where as the casual player could not? Because were better geared. That doesnt make us better players, just means that gear gave us the success. Im not shallow warador, you just refuse to actually see valid point's outside of your little box. Now I doubt very seriously you will admit you were wrong, you have never once on this board done so, so I dont expect you to do now. i disagree with the skill vrs gear issue.
i killed allot of people with much better gear than me on SZ, people around my same level. i used superior tactics and skill. there is no need to rely on your gear if you have skills. don't get me wrong, gear does make major difference. you can take down mobs with less people. you can zerg shit that normal people wouldn't think of. BUT, it will never take the place of skill and a brain. if i didn't have a job, kids, and a desire for sex, i would probably have kick ass gear too. but i have too much going on in my life to play that many hours a day. maybe one day i will, but for now, i have to rely on skill. Acutally this whole thread was just another way to give the trolls something to rant about. If you cant see past that then thats your issue not KTF's. These guys took 20 of their twinks/bots and went and did something out of SHEER MINDNUMBING BOREDOM. I dont think that those who know really care who did what or how. Point is some members of KTF were bored and went out and killed the Emperor. This thread is more or less for amusement to see who will rant about it. Also, its a preemptive post of KTF twinks with Luclin Uber loot. Just so no one else could beat Marth to posting it. This is more or less meant as a joke/stress reliever. rant, joke, name call all you want. If you take this thread seriously you are giving it more weight and merit then it really should get. |
