This Sunday, the Fox NFL Game Day program will be broadcast from an "undisclosed location" in Afghanistan. Well, it's not undisclosed to us,
since it's been posted on our base for the past three weeks. Got to meet Howie Long and Terry Bradshaw today. So, if you want to see a little bit of
Bagram, be sure to watch on Sunday.

Saw them advertising that. Thought it was pretty cool of them to go over there to do the broadcast. Sweet that you got to meet them. Bradshaw as big a goof
in person as he seems?

Very cool of them. The 1pm games start at like 10:30pm over there so does anyone ever get the chance to see the later games?

Bradshaw looked a LOT older in person than he does on TV or print but his sense of humor is there none-the-less. He's probably the biggest star for a lot
of Army people due to the video he did about alchoholism/suicide/depression. We've all had to watch that video and you can tell he was being 100% sincere
and honest when he did it.
We get to watch the late games, either live or via tape delay. Just depends upon how late you want to stay up or if you want to get up way, way early. |
