Some of you may have noticed that the Heat promoted a new head coach a few weeks ago. He is now the youngest head coach in the NBA and as far as I know the only half Filipino coach in NBA history. Since the Heat will be back in the playoffs competing for the Eastern Conference title next year I thought some of you may want to know a little more about him.
