I appreciate the technique, but personally, I like my scrambled eggs dry. All the world-renowned TV chefs would say that "dry" means
"burned" or "ruined," but I'm just not a fan of the snot texture of runny eggs. Cool video though.

His Broccoli Soup is worth it too - so easy, and damn it's
good. When plating, drop a nice pile of shredded cheddar cheese in the bottom of the bowl before pouring the soup into the bowl. Fantastic and colorful!

Try horseradish (real stuff) instead of cream/milk (use the same amount you would normally). Works a treat for scrambled eggs with a great flavour and a little
bite (it's not as strong as you might think).
