I am writing to you because I am requesting your help. This will take approximately one month of your time.
Ellendilh and I are going to purchase you an account on Lord of the Rings Online. We will get you to level 50 within a week, and give you decent gear. Then, your job will begin.
Last night, our small guild decided to "raid the Rift", if you can call what we did as such. It was more like "let's run around like little girls and just hit anything that moves." So, I task to you the following:
1. Of everyone who signed up, only half arrived. One person who was not there was the only guildmate (and is the guildleader I might add) who could port us, so I used my charm (and gold) to convince someone to port us to the spot.
2. There seemed to be a major lack of understanding about main assist- secondary assist- healer on main- healer on secondary- and then keeping the healers alive. Needless to say, there were many deaths which cost much in armor repair.
3. We use microphones although some do not because they don't want to be heard. However, this gives you the opportunity to yell- and you can use whatever language you want because we are all adults. You can also type. Our guildleader consistently spells challenge "challange" so typing skills are not required. Two of the members speak French, several spanish so we can all translate as needed what you say, and Ellh and I can translate your typing so neither issues are a problem.
Now, the challenge is: can you whip us into a raiding group? We have the members. We have the gear. We have the desire. What is lacking is the leadership. I can not take on this task. I am too nice about things (like last night when I was politely saying into the microphone "ummm, heal?) so what we need is a prick like you to whip us into shape.
The work will be easy, and you are covered. Please let me know when you are available to start.
