Hi folks,

We've created two new forums down in the Board Admin section called BUGS and FEEDBACK.

BUGS is for reporting Yuku bugs. Please be as specific as possible and provide any background info you can (your operating system, program version, connection, type, whether you can replicate the bug easily, screen shots or error messages is available etc etc). This is for Yuku bugs and not just bugs with your individual accounts (like post totals and the like) for which you can PM one of the Yuku team or raise a support ticket.

FEEDBACK is for providing feedback on changes you would like to see to Yuku. Note, changes to Yuku and not just this board. For changes to this board just post in the usual Board forum. These are for changes that are not Bugs (for example, I will be requesting that hitting Enter, by default, doesn't double space or at least make it user toggle!).

Both of these forums will be HEAVILY moderated. Off topic posts will be moved or deleted as appropriate. These are NOT places to whine and complain or bitch and moan. Posts that are not constructive will be removed.

Similarly, they are not there for arguments about whether someone's suggestion or request is good, bad or indifferent. If you see someone ask for a change and you don't want it, you can post that you would prefer a toggle or user setting to have a choice, or something like that. Seek a positive way that could see both people satisfied if possible.
