Posts: 989 07-05-08 11:24 AM	Most bloggists should be ignored. This blog is trying to express "the truth" but is too blind to get details correct that he insists to be true. Murtha: I think they have 17 or so guidelines and they've solved 4 or 5 of them. (Actually they've completed 15 of the 18 benchmarks.) Judging satifactory progress is far from completing benchmarks. And "inadvertantly" is not the same as "innocent". What's so wrong about what Murtha said? But then again, it's a blogger's word against an experienced congressman.
