From what I remember of EA's roster:
Gwaeron Penrod Murmur Deceiver Hysattva Teledon Torce Arbor Lomis Traves Trizio Sitka Solax Bremmin Kourath Ozzn Soultaker Ylon Andymak Fazzar Slinkin Briq Daltheb Janfadar Kuyadra Bloodrose Jeriko Darkikon Oh, and that Soygen person, or that Acturus fellow. Hmm, might as well throw Astrognaw in with those two as well. =P |

Ehh.. I'll have to connect my backup hard drive to get at the entirety of my screenshot collection, but here are some old ones I still have online:
First Prexus GM, Cailleach, granting my surname upon reaching level 20. Also of note is the era of the Unknown Guild bug. It's hard to see, but I was trying to be a "dark" cleric, and was sporting a full suit of Blackened Iron Armor from Runnyeye.
KTF raid on Lower Guk to secure more Short Sword of the Ykesha. Many notable names in this screenie.
First Prexus slaying of Lord Nagafen. Fynis (and I believe another necro) bound themselves in the Sol B staging area for the Nagafen raid and suicided themselves so many times into killing Naggy that they went from level 50 to level 46, IIRC. This was when Lifetap could not be resisted.
Tybault, sporting two Short Sword of the Ykesha (original graphic) on the way into Permafrost to take on some Ice Giants. Milkooze hovering.
Multi-guild raid into Veeshan's Peak. Notice Doesa talking in chat - I do so miss making fun of his cat.
Chilling at the wizard spires in Northern Karana. Fistandantilius has just gotten his mana conversion/skeleton spell and was showing off to Maumoss and myself.

LOL, Phro. I found this screenshot going though the ones I had online. I don't remember the full story, but I guess you accidentally gave your Journeyman
Boots to Noble Dojorn and for some reason I sought to convince you that I had looted said boots off of him. I'm pretty sure I was egging you on since I got
my J Boots back in the Najena days :) I apologize for probably being an asshole.

While I leveled very slowly, I remember the rogue troubles very well. I still have it in my mind that we can't even solo greens (that eventually were
displayed as light blue) even with AAs and veteran rewards.
I think Renrikk was around in the Kunark era. I remember meeting him there when he was running around with Tristanie, Majenta, and Kilamce. This was back in the day that the path was South Karanas/aviak killing in the teens/20s then move on to Kunark LOIO/Frontier Mountains instead of the old days of moving into I think Lake Rathe? Been so long, I can't remember. I was playing on the EMU servers a few months ago and was soloing in High Keep. I can't believe we used to have lists for that place and really only a few goblins spawned in certain nooks/corners. Crazy. Fallen Alliance Kattria's Shtolen Shtuff

You're right. It was a lot of fun because we spent a lot of time socializing. It was some of the best fun I've had as well. I guess in some ways WoW
just doesn't have that appeal because the group dynamic just isn't the same. In EQ you'd group up and camp a spot for hours, rotating players in
and out as the day/evening went on. In WoW you group up, finish your quest, disband, and there's really not a lot of incentive to stick together and get to
know each other.
I believe I first met Soygen in Kunark as well! We were briefly in ... ugh, what's the guild name... Phoenix Dragoons (I was in awe of most of my guild for a long time). |
