He has on everything else. I guess immigration is a unique case though since Bush actually supported it. He finally has an issue where he doesn't need to flip-flop to parrot Bush's point of view.

If I remember correctly, the last bill was shot down by a bipartisan effort, making immigration reform probably the least likely issue that either of the candidates will be able to address effectively.
