I saw it this morning with my 4 year old. It was a really fun movie and one of the few things kid appropriate (semi at least) I've ever enjoyed.
The violence was all racing-related and/or not graphic for the most part. The obligatory fight scenes were all very stylized. There is one scene that was over my four year old's head that maybe a seven or eight year old would find disturbing. They stayed true enough to the original series that, as a fan, I wasn't disappointed. The stuff they changed made sense. It even had my favorite villain of the series in it, but he wasn't exactly part of the same racing team.
So if you even remotely enjoyed the series as a kid, go see it. And take the rugrats with you at your own discretion. If there is any specific content quests you'd like answered, shoot me a PM.
