I don't think Wade is a flopper. He gets a lot of calls that he shouldn't (when he initiates the contact),
The defender needs to have position. It doesn't matter who initiates contact. Are you advocating a rule change or something?
No, I am referring to when the defender is stationary with his hands straight up and Wade goes barreling into them. Not everyone in the NBA flies 5 feet at the slightest bit of contact. Those that actually stand their ground used to get fouls called against them when Wade did that.
It's kind of sad. The bogus calls that Wade got the last couple of years may end up ruining his career. Since he still has not developed a consistent jumper, his game will decline rapidly when he begins to lose his athleticism. When he stops getting those calls (as he seemed to to end this past season), his turnovers will spike and he'll have no idea why. Wade is going to be a bigger, stronger Allen Iverson, but without the deadly midrange game that makes AI an elite scorer. Add in that he's incredibly injury prone (no surprise, since he acts like a running back on the court) and he may not be the franchise player that you thought he was when Stern handed the Heat a title a couple of years ago.

But hey, at least
Shaq was there to hold Duncan to 40/15/5 in game 1.
