I want to make a scrapbook on DVD, anyone know of any software I can use for that? All I can find are companies that would love to take my money to do it for
me. I can also find lots of places that show me how to make my scrapbook on my computer so I can print it out, but that's also not what I want. I want to
make a scrapbook that I can burn to DvD and have each page fade to the next. I know there is software out there, I've used it before but I can't for
the life of me remember what it was called.

If you have Vista Premium or Ultimate, it comes with Windows DVD Maker which can do simple DVD slideshows with music and basic effects like fade, zoom, etc.
Other than that, there's lots of different programs to do what it seems like you want to do. I think it was Talula who was asking about Microsoft Photo Story a long while
back. That would seem to fit what you're trying to do too.
I'm a guy though, and therefore I don't really have any firsthand experience with making scrapbooks. And I tend to disappear in a cloud of ninja smoke if it seems like someone is about to show me a scapbook. On the Google search though, you might try "dvd slideshow" rather than "scrapbook" to get the hits you're looking for. |

Yea, I gave in to a DVD slideshow, but that wasn't really what I wanted. We had a lot of original artists, so we wanted pictures beside the art to show
comparisons. Anyway, after all the work I had put into it, I've finally run out of steam so I'm just going to go with a slideshow instead. Most of the
programs out there just design them so you can print them out, and this project is too long for the Vista version. Thanks for the help though.
