We do that every year at one of my jobs for fantasy football. We go after hours in a big conference room and sit at a meeting table. The manager is the commish of the league and we get pizza and stuff. We don't use labtops though, we all have sheets with all the players ranked how we want them and we go around and say who we are taking, the commish writes it down and enters it all into the league later that night. It works well.

We paid $30 a person last year with a league of 10 people. Second place got their money back, 1st got the remaining $270. Putting money on it makes it a lot more fun, and competitive. The commish is wanting to up the amount to $50 a person this coming year, but a lot of people are squeemish about that. But the amount we put in a piece has went up every year we have played, which is 5 years now.

We do fantasy football and NCAA tournament pick em like that. Hehehe I got 2nd in the tourney last year.

This coming year though for football we're having to go to a bar to do the draft though because there's a new manager who is against a fantasy league since it causes so much distraction in the workplace. The old manager who has moved up is still running the show though, lol.
