Fucking morons. It's August and 80 degrees outside, but I gotta wear 3 layers of clothing to work each day because it's fucking freezing in here! The
thermostat don't work no more, dunno why. I think engineering disabled it. After a couple hours my hands are numb and keep them in pockets all day long.
Thinking about wearing some mittens or gloves to work now. Someone brought in a space heater. A SPACE HEATER IN AUGUST!!
We complain every week but engineering shrug their shoulders and tell us they will fix it, but they never do. I even made an official complaint, something you do normally when someone is rude to you or makes a mistake or whatever, but I guess the higher ups thought it a joke and nothing happpened with that, of course. The cost of energy in IL is going to be increased after years of a locked price, and these dumbfucks are just wasting money like water through a sieve.
