Absolutely one of the most preposterous movies ever. Yet somehow I really enjoyed it. Thought the ending was anti-climactic though :(

You don't go to a Die Hard movie looking for anything approaching reality, heh. You go because John McClain is going to smoke some cigarettes, blow some
shit up, and then say something funny about the guy he just killed.
peace, Aielman The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself? Husband, Father, Squisher of bugs.

Excessive smoking probably garners a R rating nowadays.
I'm disappointed in the PG-13 rating and I'm disappointed that Len Wiseman is directing since I think he sucks, but I'll see it anyways. |

Well I didn't expect reality, but this movie just goes so far beyond even a tenuous grasp of plausibility that it was almost like an ongoing joke (and this
is from a baseline that would consider the previous movies realistic, haha). But like I said, it was still enjoyable.

Some scenes were shot outside my office. Part that will annoy locals is when Willis refers to "The six nine five". This isn't LA bud! It's
either "Six Ninety Five" or simply, "The Beltway". OMG do some research!

John McLane doesn't give a shit what terminology you use. He's from New York and will blow the Six Nine Five out the frame!

Chuck Norris is so fast that when McClain says 'yippe kiyay motherfucker', Chuck has already kicked the words 'yippe kiyay motherfucker' on
McClain's forehead.

Yes, this movie was crazy unbeliavable, but dang it kicked butt. As for Chuck Norris, remember, we are dealing with unreality here. Charles doesnt stand a
chance, after whipping the girl doing the "kung fu" chit, and that extremely acrobatic dude that was flipping around the screen like no mans
business, Chuck Norris would look like he's going in slow motion in comparison.

This movie was completely awesome! Just go into it expecting a cheesy action flick... anything more than that and youll probably hate it. I give it an A+,
great fun, entirely entertaining. Cant wait to see it again!

In Die Hard 1, it wasn't the C4 that blew up the Nakatomi building but Chuck Norris making blue darts in the bathroom.
