fashion the price has gone through the roof and they now cost around $2.50 each.

If you can find this, go for it.  Beautifully bitter and strong, it is one of the few beers made in the Ardennes of Belgium, and is a relatively new brewery. 
Our favorite liquor store has been carrying it lately (lord knows how their dealer found it), and we have been buying them out.  It tastes exactly like a
Belgian Beer should- a little stronger than Duval but the taste is far superior.

1-1.5 lbs salmon, skin on

1 small red onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, ribs removed and minced

1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1/4&quot; cubes

Preheat oven to 350F
