i loved it. i really enjoyed how the whole series showed people as having flaws and how they/we deal with them. i was glad to see that no one in the show was perfect but that things can really work out.

LCD HD televisions

Has anyone been keeping up with the technology and can help me out?

I'm looking to get a LCD HD tv in the next couple of months, and haven't really been watching anything other than prices. Thinking fifty something inch 1080p . . . I'm not sure why they are listing refresh rates for LCD screens now. What brands are better/worse these days? Suggestions, please guys.

We had a gift card from last christmas and my wife and I were finally able to get out to see a movie. Sandra Bulloch is ok in my books. This movie had some cheesy moments, but I did not hate it. It's a nice mix of drama and sports and it is a feel good story. Tim McGraw irritated me though. He's like the perfect husband. Part way though I just wanted to smack him and tell him to shut up. Doesn't he know that all of us guys are here with our wives???

solaris/2001 style hard sci fi film this one. Sam rockwell plays an astronaut running a fuel/mining facility on the dark side of the moon, with nothing but himself and a robot for company. He's just coming to the end of a 3 year contract and the solitude is getting to him.

bloody good film! basicly nothing but sam rockwell from beginning to end credits, with kevin spacey doing his interpretation of HAL. jammed with 2001 and solaris references.. actually more than that, I think...

It's a new show on USA which probably will be used to fill in the the Monk slot.

I've watched the first few episodes so far this season and overall it's been pretty good.
