XBOX help

OMG this is driving me up the wall...my sons and I all have xboxes, we can all connect to xbox live, and play halo.

However, when we try to do a system link, it gives us that stupid OPen nat crap. I've forwarded all the ports, and put a static IP on my xbox, but I still can't host games with them.

They can see the game, but it gives the nat error when they try to connect.

My xbox is hooked directly to a linksys wrt54gs wireless router. Both of theirs...

We also have an address that starts with charter@ that will send incoming mail to each of us as individuals. Is there a way to set it up that any incoming email will always go to charter@, even if it's addressed to jeff@? Is it cheaper to employ someone on minimum wage than to keep them as a slave?

My work just employed someone on min wage, to help out in the office and stuff, he needed qualifications for the 'job' and until now I had no idea that the min wage was so low. If I was to keep this guy as a slave I'm pretty sure that paying to keep him alive and secure would work out a lot more expensive than paying him. Is this a good case to raise the min wage?
